Tom's of Maine Wicked Cool Toothpaste Review

I received this for free to try out from Smiley360. You can click on the name and sign up too. I think everyone should get something for free!

My children loved this toothpaste. It is hard for me to get my children to brush, but the flavor of this, just draws them into the bathroom.

They tried the Strawberry flavor, but didn't really like that too well. I think we will be sticking with Wicked Cool from now on!

5 Different Nutrition Bars Review

Promax Fit 'n Crisp
Pure Organic Bar
Promax Pro Series
Kind Bars
22 Days

I received all 5 of these nutrition bars from Vitacost to try out. I put them all together as they all basically do the same thing, give you protein in a bar!

When I workout in the morning, I don't like to eat a heavy or big breakfast, so I eat a nutrition bar to get me going. I enjoyed every last one of these. The flavors were great, but I really enjoyed the Pure Organic as I just LOVE blueberries! I usually eat a nutrition bar and a glass of milk. I love my protein also!

They filled me up enough to get me to lunch, which is what I look for in a nutrition bar. And it also helps when you are counting calories! Which I do also!

My children really aren't that into nutrition bars, but when they tried these, they wanted more, especially the Pure Organic Blueberry. I didn't even want to share, but I had to or I would have had a fight or even tears going on!

I will be purchasing more of these as they are good and in a good price range.

Beautiful Curls Shampoo Review

I received this free from Vitacost to try out and I am amazed!

My 11 year old daughter swears by this! She said, and I quote, "I like this shampoo. It makes my hair straighter and then, overnight, it curls up." I have noticed that her curls are more defined. She has White and African American mixed hair and I have been looking everywhere for something to make her hair soft and manageable. I think we have found what we have been looking for for 11 years!

I used this on my hair, but I didn't notice anything. Probably because I only have wavy hair!

I will be purchasing more of this as I like to keep my daughter and her hair happy!

Redmond Clay Products Review

This was taken directly from the website Vitacost:

"An Old Home Remedy - Redmond Clay has been used for generations to help support digestive health. For thousands of years, primitive people carried a ball of clay with them in their packs. Some of this clay was dissolved in water and ingested with their meals. Clay was the natural medicine used by the natives for fighting many stomach ailments, dysentery and food infections.

Many years ago, long before the earth knew pollutants of any kind, a range of volcanoes erupted - sending volcanic ash into the water of the ancient Sundance Sea that covered much of North America. The water in this sea evaporated, leaving behind a bed of mineral-rich bentonite clay. Near the small town of Redmond, Utah, we extract this ancient volcanic ash, now resting deep within the earth, and bring it to you in its pure, natural state. Redmond Clay contains more than 50 natural trace minerals essential to human health."

This clay can be taken internally or used externally. I have not taken it internally as I'm a little scared to drink something called clay, but maybe in the future I will try it.

I have  used this externally as a poultice on insect bites, a boil, and a sunburn. It worked on all of them. The insect bites didn't itch after using it. The boil is smaller. And the pain from my sunburn went away. I must say that I am amazed at this product. I love anything that is considered a home-remedy as I do not like taking or  using any type of OTC medication or even a prescribed one for any issues that I may have.

I'm glad I have some left as I got sunburned again yesterday and now I can go put some of this on and go about my day.

I must say that I liked this product. It went on kind of clear, but dried into a brown color. This Mud is ready to use as the clay is already hydrated. It is all natural with no chemicals. It can be used for facials, acne, deep cleanse, remove impurities and tones skin.

I've used this once a week for 2 months and I love how my face feels after using it. It leaves it soft, supple, smooth and toned. It did leave my face a little red as it pulled out all the impurities, but that went away after about an hour. It usually takes me that long just to get dressed and ready to go anywhere, so I don't look too silly with red blotches all over my face!

If you are looking for a Facial Mud, this product is for you!

Reading Glasses Review

I received these to try out from Vitacost.  I have never used reading glasses before as I normally wear prescription glases so I can see. My eyesight seems to be getting worse as I'm nearsighted and I have to remove my prescription glasses just to see up close.

I tried these on and surprise, surprise. I could see up close! They have a cute flower design on them and the number on them is +2.50. They came in a cute little eyeglass case also. They are sturdy also. I've dropped them a few times and they haven't broken yet!

I took them to Church with me and received a lot of compliments. I let them know where I got them from so they could get some also.

My children keep trying to borrow them, but I won't let them even touch them. I love these little glasses!

Natural Vitality Kids Natural Calm Multi

I received this free to try out from Vitacost and was a little skeptical that my children would actually drink it. I opened the lid and smelled it and I know I wouldn't drink it myself. It smelled like Flintstones Vitamins, but in a liquid form.

It has 24 Organic fruits and veggies, Omega-3, DHA, EPA, Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, Calcium and Magnesium. It can be given to children as young as 3 and as old as 13, or at least that is what it said. I have a 16 year old in the house and she has not tried it yet!

I have a 7 year old, 11 year old and a 13 year old who have tried it and didn't really like it. You are supposed to take it with food, but when they tried it, it was just drinking it by itself. The next time they tried it, it was with food and they like it a bit better that way. The food helps mask the flavor.

It did calm them down and I was surprised by that as my children are bouncing off the walls constantly! I'm sure their teachers appreciated the calmness!

Overall, I would recommend this product and plan on buying more as it actually worked for my children.
